Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepercayaan, dan Kerjasama Tim terhadap Komitemen Organisasi untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus di Perum Perhutani Kesatuan Bisnis Mandiri Industri Kayu Brumbung Satu Jawa Tengah)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, trust, and commitmenton organizational commitment (1), the effect of transformational leadership style, Teamwork on employee performance (2) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Respondents were employee Kesatuan Bisnis Industri Kayu Brumbung Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah, much as 137 people. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used for data analysis with assistance AMOS v. 4.0 and SPSS v. 16 Program. The research proved that the transformational leadership style and trust had positive and significant impact on organizational commitment; transformational style leadership had positive and significant effecton employee performance; organizational commitment had a positive influence on employee performance; while, teamwork had unsignificant effect on employee performance
