The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, trust, and commitmenton organizational commitment (1), the effect of transformational leadership style, Teamwork on employee performance (2) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. Respondents were employee Kesatuan Bisnis Industri Kayu Brumbung Perum Perhutani Unit I Jawa Tengah, much as 137 people.
