Genus Leistus Froehlig (Coleoptera Carabidae Nebriini). XIII. L. rufomarginatus Duftschmid and L. ovipennis Chaudoir groups The groups of Leistus rufomarginatus Duft. and L. ovipennis Chaudoir, with three species, are closely related. L. rufomarginatus is a species with a very wide distribution range, still in expansion, while L. hermonis La Brûlerie, is restricted to Near-East and L. ovipennis to a few localities on the southern side of the Alps.L'ensemble des groupes de Leistus rufomarginatus Duft. et de L. ovipennis Chaudoir est assez homogène. Il comprend trois espèces. L. rufomarginatus est une espèce à très large distribution, actuellement en voie d'extension, alors que L. hermonis La Brûlerie est limité au Proche-Orient et L. ovipennis à une série de localités sur le versant sud des Alpes.Perrault Georges G.
