Millennials have surpassed Baby Boomers as the nation’s largest living generation. Cultural institutions must reach out to millennial audience to thrive. At the same time, social media has become a business tool used to engage with millennials and build brand loyalty. Cultural institutions must learn how to effectively utilize social media.
