Le syndrome des anticorps antiphospholipides (SAPL) obstétrical est une thrombophilie acquise qui associe la présence d'anticorps antiphospholipides (aPL) à des pathologies spécifiques à la grossesse telles que les fausses couches précoces et la prééclampsie. De nombreuses questions demeurent au sujet du SAPL comme le rôle des marqueurs biologiques non validés comme spécifiques ainsi que le mécanisme des aPL au niveau du placenta. Les buts de notre projet de recherche étaient 1) sur le plan fondamental, de déterminer le rôle des aPL dans la fusion trophoblastique, leur récepteur potentiel et les cascades de signalisation empruntées, et 2) sur le plan clinique, de réaliser un projet de recherche clinique sur la prévalence des aPL classiques ...
