From the perspective of two sites of recycling practice, this study offers preliminary research on the influence of behaviour change techniques on employees within and beyond the workplace. A case study has been built around a prominent corporate business within the south-west of England and their capacity to successfully manage their recyclable waste streams. By identifying seventeen behaviour change techniques, the researcher has been able to recognize four influential factors which help promote positive recycling behaviours within the workplace.
