<p>Abstract copyright data collection owner.</p>With an increasingly diverse, ageing population in Britain, this research seeks to investigate the complexities of retirement behaviour and pensions in relation to ethnicity. The main aims will include: examining the extent and nature of private pension saving among ethnic minorities; identifying differences in post-retirement incomes of various ethnic minority groups; analysing the disparity in terms of the labour market and demographic variables. It will also explore the attitudes and the key strategies used by ethnic minority groups in relation to retirement, and their attitudes to saving.
