Defusing the issue and sparking economic growth via Land Rent Mr Stephen Meintjes studied law at Stellenbosch and Oxford universities and was a St Andrews College Rhodes scholar. He is an investment researcher and has held many senior management positions in financial services. Mr Meintjes is currently head of research at Momentum SP Reid Securities Stockbrokers.
