Type of data collected are the primary data and secondary data and Analysis Data is discriptive kualitative.The result showed of the first year : is a) The average response willing to do farm work integrated old age, the level of elementary education and 0,5 hectares of land ownership. The power of an integrated agricultural business that is the product must be sold. The weakness is the lack of capital and narrow land, skilled labor less and dependent on the season. Chances are increasing demand, many credit institutions and the agricultural extension.
