Hubungan Kontrasepsi Hormonal, Pola Konsumsi Iodium dan Goitrogenik dengan Nilai Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (Tsh) (Studi pada Wanita Usia Subur di Klinik Bpp Gaki Kabupaten Magelang)

One a problem of nutrition in Indonesia is disorder a deficiency of iodine (IDD). At the moment, was estimated at 12.989 women of childbearing age in central Java living in 15 district is the areas a deficiency of iodine. Thyroid Stimulating Hormon (TSH) is one of indicators deficiency of iodine. This research purpose to see contraceptive hormonal, consumption pattern iodine, goitrogenic and that relation to value Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in women of childbearing age. Method of this research is explanatory research with the approach of cross sectional study. The population in this study are all women of childbearing age with diagnoses of IDD and listed as patients of clinic BPP GAKI Magelang is 76 people. Sampling usiang a purposive sampling technique, the determination of the minimum number of samples using the formula samples and obtained a sample of 38 people. Analysis of consumption pattern with TSH relationship using the Rank Spearman test and hormonal contraceptives with TSH relationship using Chi Square test. The result obtained 63,2% of respondents use contraception non hormonal, 86,8% respondents rarely consume food rich iodium, 50% of the respondents are rarely consume goitrogenic and 44,7% of the respondents fall within the criteria of hipertiroid. There was no relationship value of Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) with hormonal contraceptives (p:0,618, a:0,05, X2: 0,248), Iodium consumption pattern (p:0,085, a:0,05, rho:0,283) and pattern goitrogenic (p:0,405, a:0,05, rho:-0,139).
