Revitalisasi Pertanian Dan Upaya Perbaikan Penguasaan Lahan Di Tingkat Petani

Revitalizing agricultural and rural sectors which is in accordance with the effort of combating poverty, is one of the strategies chosen by The Kabinet Indonesia Bersatu (The United Indonesian Cabinet) in the frame of making the \u27Development of the Whole Indonesian People\u27 come true, wherein the target is the continuous economic growth, job vacancies availability, and poverty combat. However, this activity is, unfortunately, predictive and not based on accurate data, so that some determined targets seem incompatible with one another, especially those of monopolizing lands and of the peasants working in agricultural lands. In addition, it is not very clear what kind of effort to do to improve the land monopoly system in peasant level. This passage is trying to view the chances of improving the land monopoly system in peasant level, through a land consolidation started, with the land monopolizing improvement /land tenure reform, in peasant level. Such an effort could be of an initiation basic for the continued effort of consolidation that would enable peasants to get lands of certain width in one space. This effort is furthermore expected to open any other attempt related to agricultural attempts carried out by peasants
