The theme of the October 2014 Prakarsa is 'Transforming Indonesia's Roads'. The six Road Advisory Notes (RAN) that comprise this edition take a comprehensive look at the strategies needed to ensure that Indonesia's road networks support the country's economic and social development. The RAN look at why Indonesia's road network is so important and address specific topics such as expressways, arterials, funding, use of incentives, and road safety.
