The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction,commitment organizational, commitment proffessional on turnover intention.This study was investigated model that was developed by Robert and Meyers(1993).The questionnaires were distributed to 140 auditor at KAP at East Java bymail survey, and 78 (55,71%) respondenst was gave their perceptions. The datawas analyzed by using multiple regression of the SPSS 10.01 programs.The results suggest that there\u27s unsignificant relation between jobsatisfaction with turnover intention, commitment proffessional with turnoverintention, but there\u27s significant relation between commitment organizational withturnover intention.
