Pengaruh Kapasitas Produksi dan Mutu SDM terhadap Omzet Usaha dan Profit Usaha pada Usaha Kecil di Kota Samarinda

Production capacity and human resources quality and has positive and significant effect on the business turnover and business profit of the small entrepreneurs in the city of Samarinda. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the significance of the effect of Production capacity and human resources quality on business turnover and business profit of the small entrepreneurs in the city of Samarinda. The population of this study were all the small entrepreneurs in the city of Samarinda. The sampling technique used in this study was Cluster Random Sampling. The sample size plays an important role in the estimation and interpretation of the results of the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), In the study population included 975 small businesses in Samarinda (Samarinda City Disperindagkop: 2009). the number of respondents that were taken in this study is based on Slovin formula. So the number of samples that used as many as 285 samples. The method of analysis used in this study is a structural equation modeling or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study found that, Production capacity and human resources quality have a positive and significant impact on business turnover (1) and the Production capacity and human resources quality have a positive and significant impact on business profit (2)
