Dr. Theodore Sullivan Cox, 53, dean of the law school at the College of William and Mary and a veteran of World Wars I and II, died Saturday at McGuire Veterans Administration Hospital after a long illness. The funeral service will be held at 5 P.M. Monday in Wren Chapel of the College of William and Mary with burial Tuesday in Arlington National Cemetery. A native of Emory Place Washington, D.C., Dr. Cox went to William and Mary in 1930 as professor of jurisprudence and head of the department which is the oldest law school in the United States.
