M.A. (Human Resource Management)This investigation was undertaken in order to determine as to whether a connection existed between political occurrences and strikes in South Africa during the period 1910 to 1990. The strike phenomenon was studied within the framework of the ten political phases that occurred from 1910 to 1990. These phases were allotted in terms of the respective white political governments and leaders.
