University of Johannesburg Women’s Day Celebration The Vice-Chancellor and Principal of the University of Johannesburg, Professor Ihron Rensburg invites you to a UJ Women’s Day event. Join us for a luncheon and discussion on: Slow Food: Building families over dinner. Luncheon Speakers: Dr Michael Mol – Medical Doctor, author, TV presenter (Top Billing). As an Executive Producer & Presenter, he melded his passion for medicine & media and created two new TV series called “Hello Doctor” & “The Dr Mol Show” with a vision to educate, empower & inspire South Africans to live their best lives, by being the healthiest they can be. His latest book, Your Best Life with John Berry (Kauai Health Foods) was published in 2015. Siba Mtongana – Siba is an author and food enthusiast. Her show ‘Siba’s Table’ is aired on DStv’s Food Network channel. When Siba’s show debuted in the USA in April 2014, it made her the first South African to have her own TV show in America broadcast on a Cooking Channel that has a reach more than 60 million homes in the USA alone. It’s now broadcast in more than 130 countries in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, USA, Australia and Asia.
