To what extent does the interpretation of human rights distinguish Child Protection Practice in England compared to Pakistan?

Around the world children's social worker's labour towards social justice by upholding and protecting children's rights. Intrinsic to effective social work practice is having culturally competent knowledge and understanding of children's rights. By conducting a comparative review, the literature explores how the different interpretations of human rights in England compared to Pakistan, influence child protection practice. Through a systematic review of the literature, key themes emerged which demonstrated the prevalence of children's rights exploitation. It was identified that a unanimously applicable approach to human rights could result in efficient child protection. The review also highlighted some key areas which would benefit from further research
