Around the world children's social worker's labour towards social justice by upholding and protecting children's rights. Intrinsic to effective social work practice is having culturally competent knowledge and understanding of children's rights. By conducting a comparative review, the literature explores how the different interpretations of human rights in England compared to Pakistan, influence child protection practice. Through a systematic review of the literature, key themes emerged which demonstrated the prevalence of children's rights exploitation.
