This catalogue was published to accompany the Cultex project and exhibition. Cultex is a project of collaboration, process and outcome. It features six major innovative textile artists from Japan and Norway, working in three trans-national partnerships over a period of 12 months. During this time they exchanged ideas, techniques and, when spending time in each other's studios, cultural influences. The resulting work from each of the artists has been brought together as a unique exhibition which opened at Galleri F15, Jeløya on April 4th 2009. The exhibition toured to the UK and Japan in 2010 and 2011
