High volume hemofiltration (HVHF) (200 ml/kg/h) improves hemodynamics in experimental septic shock but is difficult to apply clinically. Accordingly, we studied whether less intensive HVHF (80 ml/kg/h) can still improve hemodynamics in experimental septic shock.
