This paper relies on an experiment of pedagogical hypermedia destinated to engineer students in telecommunications. It aims first at bringing to the fore three reasons capable to make difficult the hypermedia user's learning activity considered<br />as involving affective, cognitive and social characteristics : the confusion between computer and pedagogical characteristics ; the priority of ergonomics which tends to favour easiness and to push the difficulties of learning process into the<br />background ; the prerogative of teaching methods focused on the relation betveen knowledges and the teacher.
