Réseaux migratoires et structures de pouvoir : la Church of Pentecost du Ghana face aux communautés francophones

Otayek<br />http://www.karthala.comIn order to understand some debates about the organization of a Ghanaian church, The Church of Pentecost, I paid attention to the church management of relationship with its foreign missions, in particular with French-speaking communities. Before the Ivory Coast pastors became the close assistants of the Ghanaian leaders, Togolese pastors (Ewe) had been the first associates. The transnational expansion seems to concern only Ghanaian migrants in the world but other African communities are not explicitly integrated. Another controversy in the Church is about deliverance, prayer camps and healing-prophets position. The problem of the dependence on the church and the practice of deliverance are main reasons for the split.L'Église ghanéenne The Church of Pentecost est travaillée par une série de débats et controverses concernant la distribution de l'autorité notamment dans ses rapports aux autres communautés africaines. Son expansion a trouvé des relais dans la collaboration avec les pasteurs togolais d'abord, puis ivoiriens. Au Ghana, le débat que soulève la formation d'assemblées en français et en anglais porte sur le statut de ces assemblées au sein d'une Église qui se pense à la fois « indigène » et transnationale. Le réseau communautaire résultant de l'expansion missionnaire semble profiter davantage aux migrants ghanéens qu'aux autres communautés africaines
