Field work analysis of the relation between information change and organisation transformation. It is a fact that the networks take an active part in the changes within the companies. And the information change is closely linked to the organisational evolution. But, can we infer that the Intranet brings about a participatory model of organisation even though it has become a media of internal communications ?
