Syllable internal structures and their combinations building lexical items will be analysed in constituting a computerized data base of 16 language lexicons cut up in syllables. Drawing up typologies, we have found tendencies and cooccurrences between syllable components and between two consecutive syllables in the same lexical item. The results was analysed in the light of previous works especially in the field of a substance-based linguistic, and more particularly those in keeping with the “Frame, then Content” Theory (MacNeilage, 1998).
