LA GOUVERNANCE DES ORGANISATIONS A BUT NON LUCRATIF ET LES TECHNOLOGIES DE L'INFORMATION ET DE LA COMMUNICATION : Une enquête auprès d'associations françaises

This paper presents the results of a preparatory research driven with a sample of thirty French nonprofit organizations. It emerges from this study that nonprofit organizations have original and specific IT practices in regards with their modes of governance. In order to respond to the large variety of the French nonprofit organizations, the author makes a proposition of typology based on the adopted modes of governance : partenarial, democratic, distributed. In every case, he analyzes the links between governance of the organization and governance of the Information System.Cet article présente les résultats d'une recherche exploratoire conduite auprès d'un échantillon de trente associations françaises. Il ressort de cette étude que les associations ont des pratiques TIC originales et spécifiques en rapport avec leur mode de gouvernance.
