International audienceThe aim of this research is to study the factors that influence young people visits to museums. A quantitative survey was conducted among a sample of Tunisian youth aged 18 to 25 years. The analysis of the 281 answers shows that for the people in question, visiting the museum is interesting and enables them essentially to know about the past of their nation. Besides, this category prefers free visits to those organized by school or university. However, among the most important obstacles that keep young people from visiting museums we must highlight the lack of information and the cost of the visit.
