Dany SAVELLI. Discovery and rediscovery of Buddhism in the Russian world (About some Russian-speaking journals, published since the 1990's). The present panorama of Russian language journals concerning Buddhism since the 1990s, gives the opportunity to shed light on the discovery of Buddhism in the Western part of the USSR – the Russian Federation (except Kalmykia) over the last fifty years. It also gives the opportunity to mention the religious revival of Buddhist tradition, in the region of Buryatia, Kalmykia and Tuva.
