This paper aims to review the limits and shortcomings of the statistics available to public stakeholders in the identification of employment in non profit sector. Initially, we will use the available data to distinguish non profit organisations' employment from standard one. That sector, producing services in occupations involving interactive care mostly employ women and use massively part time.
