This thesis intersects between the fields of sociolinguistics and didactics in a context of minority languages. This study seeks to describe and to analyze the stakes in the new educational linguistic policy started in Morocco from 2001, following the official recognition of the Amazigh language and culture in the country. The research consists of clarifying the choices made by the linguistic planners on the status and on the corpus of the Amazigh language- raising its status to that of a language taught in schools as well as its standardisation (passage from oral to a written language and the codification on a national scale).
