The rise of the theme of the " psychosocial risks " ("SPR") offers potentially a new space in which can be transposed on the questions of contents and the sense of work of the objectives of democracy and justice. These demands were widely reduced, historically, in search of counterparties, as time and silver, of the alienation of the work. This "fordist compromise ", which led to a depoliticization of the stakes in the very work, is broken today.
