The formulation of a firm's strategy leans on a competence of a collective, formed by all actors who take part in the decision. But nevertheless the potential of such an approach, it is not obvious to make decisions together : it is not enough to gather various individuals so that they become collectively competent. The aim of this article is to show that organizational identity plays a critical role, in order to facilitate the effective mobilization of a decision-making collective skill.
