International audienceSince 2008, the Franco-Libanese Archaeological Mission of Tyre (dir. P.-L. Gatier) re-explores a central area of the antique town along the Mediterranean littoral. We aim to renew our knowledge about the excavations led by Maurice Chehab between 1946 &1975 which were only partially published in reason of the civil war. In this paper, we have the opportunity to identify the forgotten remains of an almost complete neighborhood of a simple habitat which thrived along the Bath complex during the late roman and early byzantine times
