This document proposes an approach by sub-structuralization of the problem of the vibrations of railroad origin passed on in buildings by the soil. The global methodology is borrowed from the method of the mobilities, every sub-structure is characterized by its mobility. The excitement is represented by an on-surface punctual strength of the ground or by a line of uncorrelated forces. Nevertheless it can be calibrated on experimental results.
