International audienceThe professional accompaniment of teachers in a training course aims at the construction of benchmarks, in and for action. The article focuses on the interactions between a beginning teacher trainer and two novice teachers who do an internship in a kindergarten class. The analysis highlights different registers of tension during pedagogical advices, which are worked retrospectively by the trainer in a “co-clarification” plan. The present study emphasizes the importance of the recognition of others in developing the professional self. It clarifies the conditions for beginners to gradually enter into the reality of a job.
