International audienceBased on two examples, this oral communication aims to illustrate how preliminary investigations in ergonomics can contribute to changing stakeholders’ preconceptions and lead to integrating sex and gender considerations. The first activity analysis example shows occupational physicians managing MSD prevention with injured workers. The second example concerns an ergonomic intervention carried out to develop OHS learning tools aimed at preventing occupational injuries among apprentices enrolled in a vocational training for semiskilled trades.
