If this synchronical approach offers a contrasted image of the population’s distribution at a given time, it is worth being completed with the notion of time: contrasts tend to decrease or on the contrary increase? The explotation of the « non conventional» source that constitutes the basis of notaries, based on various realty transactions data, helps finding answers to this question.
