Non-profit organizations across the globe are continuing to increase in numbers. There is a need for these non-profits to develop and utilize strategy in order to thrive in a growing and competitive environment. Although some research exists on non-profit strategy, the research presented here further develops and classifies non-profit strategic typologies through the examination of environmental and human trafficking non-profit organizations.
