Archaeological Site 41RB31 is a small isolated site located on the edge of the cap rock overlooking Red Deer Creek in Roberts County, Texas. Testing of portions of the site within the highway project revealed the site to be sparse, and no further work is recommended. The site does not meet the criteria for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places or designation as a State Archaeological Landmark
