Challenges in college completion, costs and value of a college degree is a podcast interview with Andrew Kelly, director of the Center on Higher Education Reform and a resident scholar in education policy studies at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI). Kelly discusses how the changing focus on attainment will be a cultural shift, but productive in motivating the higher education enterprise toward measuring outcomes.
