Protagonists of both the first and second of the called digital divide, indigenous women of the Mixteca Baja Region of the State of Oaxaca, Mexico, are currently the target of public policies in the field of access and use of technology developed by different organizations in the public sector in pursuit of the inclusion of this collective.
