Two Harbors Lighthouse 1, Two Harbors, MN

The Two Harbors Lighthouse is located in Two Harbors, Minnesota. Built in 1892, the tower overlooks Lake Superior\u27s Agate Bay. The tower and attached keeper\u27s quarters were built of red brick. The tower which was automated in 1981 is still active and operated by the Lake County Historical Society. The property (tower, keeper\u27s quarters, assistant keeper\u27s quarters, a fog signal building, an oil house, a skiff house and a garage) was transferred to the Lake County Historical Society in 1999. The Society operates the keeper\u27s quarters as a bed and breakfast.
