The Internet can be used in secondary and primary research. The Internet changes the quantitative and qualitative research process and offers researchers many benefits, e.g.: greater speed of delivery and receiving responses, low cost, international range and multimedia possibility. This article shows disadvantages of the marketing research on the Internet.
