One is constructing a full scale glass replica of the energy storing solar oven system to study the behavior and effects of air pockets and develop a procedure for removing air pockets from the solar collector and the heat exchanger. The second task is to find the reasons for the rapid cooling effect at the exit of the heat exchanger which was observed in previous study. The third task is to study the thermal distribution in the heat exchanger at different pumping speeds.
