Includes bibliographical references (pages [66]-71)The current study examined the relationships between shared climate perceptions and needs, work values, interaction groups, and department membership. The sample consisted of members of the clerical staff and management in a relatively small organization. Cluster analysis was used to identify collective climates, needs clusters, and work values clusters, whereas interaction groups were detected using network analysis. Needs and work values clusters, interaction groups, and department membership were used to predict collective climate membership.
