The aim of the paper is showing the role of mediation in terms of managing people within modern organization. Firstly, there has been produced communication as the determinant of rationality of decision and undertakings. Then paper presents communication as the one of the managing function. Final part of the paper is focused on showing the mediation as key factor of effectiveness of communication among managers within modern organization
