[...]Nous nous sommes intéressés au développement de nouvelles méthodes permettant de synthétiser des fluorophores hydrosolubles émettant dans le visible ou le proche infrarouge pour des applications en marquage biologique. Dans un premier temps nous avons effectué une étude méthodologique sur les modifications des boradiazaindacènes (BODIPYs) pour les rendre hydrosolubles et ceci tout en gardant leurs propriétés optiques. Dans un deuxième temps, en utilisant ces nouvelles méthodes nous avons développé une série de BODIPYs hydrosolubles émettant dans le rouge pour le marquage biologique.
