An amplification of the low-level DC voltage is studied. The paper describes charactcristics of cascode difference amplifiers, which have characteristics of low noise, high voltage-gain and low drift. Experiment is made on a circuit using 12AX7. Results show good agreement with the theoretical analysis. Linearity of the device is tested
