Customer experience as a concept is difficult to define. Customer experience has been investigated over twenty years, but still there is not a common conceptualization of the subject. There is a unite understanding of the multidimensionality of experience, but there is no definition of the dimensions. The purpose of this study is to define the dimensions of customer experience. Another purpose of this study is to measure the customer experience of Finnish ice cream bar chain. Customer Experience Index (CEI) is used as a tool for measuring the experience.
