Kritieni PS ir izteikta problēma. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt vai un kā kognitīvā funkcija Parkinsona slimības pacientiem ietekmē gaitu. Divas pētijuma grupas- kontroles un PS pacientu grupa. Izvērtētas abas ar MMSE, PS ari UPDRS, modificēto HJS, Schwab un England ADL, ievaktu kritienu anamneze, 2 iesanas testi- ar/bez matematiska uzdevuma. Parkinsona slimības pacienti krīt vairāk un biežāk kā veseli pacienti, viņiem gaita ir kognitīvo funkciju regulējoša un atkarīga. Biežāk krīt PS pacienti ar zemāku MMSE rezultātu.PD patients falls are seriously problem.
