Darbā veikti pētījumi ar sēņu ekstraktiem par fenola rindas savienojumu koncentrāciju un to identificēšanu, izmantojot spektrafotometriju un augstefektīvo šķidrumu hromotogrāfiju. Pētītajos sēņu ekstraktos identificēti kvercetīns, fenols, kanēļskābe un noteikts to saturs. Konstatēts, ka iegūtajiem ekstraktiem piemīt antioksidatīva aktivitāte.Mushrooms extracts investigation and phenol-type compound identification and concentration determination has been caried out bу spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography. Quercetin, phenol and ciannamic acid was identified and their content established. Anti-oxidant activity of mushroom extracts have been established
