The Problem of Conscience in Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky.

F. Dostojevska romāns „Noziegums un sods” ir būtisks atgādinājums mūsdienu cilvēkam par garīgo dimensiju cilvēka dzīvē kā priekšnosacījumu harmoniskai dzīvei. Darbā apskatīta sirdsapziņa kā cilvēka dzīvi regulējošs lielums. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt sirdsapziņas nozīmi cilvēka dzīvē 19. gadsimta vidus kontekstā un pārskatīt sirdsapziņas problēmas aktualitāti. Analizējot darbu apstiprinājās romāna „Noziegums un sods” daudzbalsība. Secināju, ka sirdsapziņas spēks ir nepārvarams, tikai apslāpējams, tās vērtība un loma nemainās atkarībā no laikmeta, kurā cilvēki dzīvo. Darba struktūru veido ieskats un autores vērtējums par iepriekš veiktajiem F. Dostojevska darbu pētījumiem; romāna „Noziegums un sods” piecu tēlu sirdsapziņas analīze un secinājumi. In this work conscience is viewed as a regulative measurement. The goal is to estimate the meaning of conscience in one's life in the context of the middle of 19th century, and to go through the topicality of the problem of conscience today. While analyzing Crime and Punishment it's polyphonism was affirmed. I concluded one may suppress the power of conscience, but not get over it. It's value and role do not change depending on period of time when one lives. The work consists of insight and author's judgment of former investigations of the works by F.
